The apartment is in a quite beautiful area uphill Como town, great view. You can walk downhill to the city center or take a bus, the stop is pretty close. It's really clean and has everything you need and more for comfortable stay. Rostyslava, the owner made sure we felt welcomed and cosy. She's extremely sweet and charming young lady, we had mineral water, coffee, tea and even some prosecco with candies to celebrate the arrival. There's hair-drier, iron, toiletries, fully equipped kitchen.. Beds are really comfortable, everything is really clean and new.

Featuring a terrace and views of garden, Villa Crochat is a recently renovated apartment located in Como, 3.3 km from Basilica of Sant'Abbondio. Central location, very close to train station (2 stations to Como lake), apartment very cozy. All inisde apartment seemed to be new. All around you could find supermarkets.

Everything was perfect. Sergio is a great host. He explained very well for check in and he was always in contact with me. If we come again to Como , we will definitely stay in this accommodation. We wish we could stay more. Room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Location is very central. Quiet area but very close to lake and shopping/restaurant area.
