The hotel is steps away from Hakone Tozan train Gora station and cable car station, near Gora Park. Lawson store and Open Air Museum is a 10-minute walk or 1 train station away.

We enjoyed the onsen, the free yukatas, and the traditional dinner and breakfast. Very good service and free coffee and sake at the lobby!

Shared bathroom were clean, and the private onsen was amazing. The host, Tammy, was very responsive at all times and extremely friendly and accommodating. She is trilingual in English, Chinese, and Japanese. I would stay here again for future trips to Hakone. The location is extremely close to the Kamigora cable car station, which directly connects to the Gora Station from Hakone Yumoto station.
