Beautiful rooms, clean and tidy, all fits together perfectly, great stay, super nice staff, warm welcome and super friendly goodbye. The receptionist was wonderful and showed us best things to do in the area not just because it’s pet of her job but with her heart. We got a farewell present and a bottle of red wine in the room. Nespresso capsules and water refilled everyday. Overextended our expectations. Thank you for creating such a lovely place and lovely experience.

Very good and safe location, especially for female solo travellers. The communication with the staff is very effective and easy via email. After the leaving I have forgotten my personal belonging in the room. They contacted me immediately about this issue via email and were very helpful to deal with this extraordinary situation.

Facing the beachfront, Hyperion City Hotel & Spa offers 4-star accommodation in Chania Town and has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and shared lounge. Stefanos at the front desk was wonderful with great suggestions and took care a little problem we had perfectly. He was an exemplary employee Also, Kleada at the bar and at breakfast was excellent

The staff was very accommodating and friendly! The offer at the buffet was varied and delicious. Only to be recommended! Deserves more than 2 stars!

A lovely resort in every way! We were given a family room, which was perfect for a family of 4! It was comfortable, clean and very spacious. Staff all over the resort were warm and the facilities were lovely. There are several pools to swim in, and sunbeds were always available. Evening entertainment was wonderful for both, adults and children. There were also many sporting and fun activities throughout the day. In terms of food, the Greek restaurant was our favorite, and we could have eaten there all day, every day! The food was extremely fresh and flavorsome. We tried the Asian restaurant which was good, and the main buffet (quite busy) had several culinary themes throughout the week. The waterpark (which is awesome!) is in the hotel adjacent to Lyttos Mare, but they are both connected. There is a small yet convenient supermarket within the resort, in addition to a fun arcade room. Would highly recommend this resort!

Situated in Mýkonos City, 400 metres from Agia Anna Beach, Hotel Madalena features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. We had a private patio right outside our door with 2 sun beds, table and chairs. The bed was large and comfortable. Pillows were so comfortable too. Bathroom with walk-in shower was very spacious. Great to have a coffee machine as well as kettle in our room.
